Brief

The company develops its variety of products, and introduces new types of fruits and vegetables, for which it wants to update the promotional actions. Furthermore, the e-shop includes a simple navigation and a customized usage, (you could fix from your own the quantities of the total amount of the order). However, the social media was completely inactive. The strategy of social selling, includes the combination of the commercial activity with a specific advertising action in social media and the monitoring of it.

Results

In this mini-case, I analyzed the current situation and the business model of this company through D.A.F.O. Analysis, I set smart goals, defined many more target segments. I developed specific actions for content creation in social media and I monitored specific K.P.Is, which could efficiently describe the commercial activity in social media. From now on, the company could take advantage of an integrated plan, aligned with its goals, and the activity in the website and social media.
